Some researchers from New York University find that 9 out of 10 women are lack of choline which is necessary for each body cell. Therefore, you need to consume it starting from now.  

  1. Reduce Breast Cancer

Research conducted in Harvard shows that consuming one egg with high choline every day may reduce 18 % the risk of breast cancer. In other study, getting 455 mg of choline every day may reduce 24 % the risk of breast cancer. Some researchers assume that choline works in breast cell and make the cell separate themselves. So, they doe not change into cancer.  

  1. Prevent Liver Disease

People having high choline diet have lower risk of liver problem as fatty liver because choline helps to lift and control more cholesterol amount and to prevent fat accumulation in liver cell. Besides, it also helps to clean liver from toxin, give nutrition, and strengthen this organ.

5 STEPS TO TREAT FOOT

Although it is on your bottom part of body, it does not mean that your foot does not need special treatment. These are some steps you may try to do to have foot treatments:

 

  1. Every day Body Scrub

Make sure that you always provide a nail brush and pumice or nail file in your bathroom. Then, you have to spare your time some minutes to pay attention on your nail every time when you take a bath. Rub, your nail and skin surrounded with pumice or nail brush for 1 minutes.

          Then, you can add skin treatment with exfoliating scrub, but do not rub it very hard or remove rough skin at all. Hard and rough skin is still necessary to protect foot skin and remember not to use sharp tool to remove calloused. When your skin gets sharp thing, it may cause inflammation.  

  1. Cut Nail Regularly

You have to cut your nail regularly because long nail will push the edge of shoes, so that it may cause inflammation. As reverse, too short nail may also cause ingrown toenail and it may cause infection.

          It is better to cut nail every 3 – 4 weeks after taking a bath with clipper. If you get ingrown toenail problem, let you try to soak your nail in water and coke.  

  1. Moisturize Foot Skin

Make sure that you always apply skin moisturizer for your foot skin after taking a bath and before sleeping and wear shock before going to sleep to get better absorption.  

  1. Keep Your Foot Dry

Bacteria and mushroom may be one cause of athletes’s foot and other infection grows faster because it is dark and humid. The area around our finger is nice place for bacteria and fungi. So, make sure that your skin is in clean and soft condition. you need to replace wet sock to the dry one and wipe your foot with clean towel after swimming and taking a bath. If you get skin problem as scaled skin, you may try to solve this problem with athlete’s foot.  

  1. Apply Sun Screen

When you apply sun screen on the surface of skin, you tend to forget foot area. In fact, your foot also gets sun light radiation as other part of body. So, when you are going to have trip with sandal, do not forget to apply sun screen with SPF on your foot skin.
