ANTI-CELLULITE DIET
Cellulite that usually appears on the surface of skin may disturb your appearance indeed, so that many people tend to cover their cellulite with airbrush technique.
It is true that cellulite becomes problem for us. You have to realize that cellulite does not only appear for fat people, but also thin people may get cellulite in their thigh and stomach.
Actually, cellulite is skin problem as small lump under skin surface which creates small lines on the surface of skin. So, it makes our skin becomes as orange skin. Some experts assume that cellulite is basically made of fat which is exfoliated in to small fat and placed exactly under skin surface.
The accumulation of fat causing by bigger fat cell needs more places than other skin connective tissues. As consequence, small fat cell will spread under skin cell. The accumulation of fat in connective tissues makes skin pulled inside and becomes as orange skin.
Causing Factor
There are many factors causing cellulite as this following below:
- Genetic Factor
Most people having genetic factor have more cellulite than other people without genetic factor.
- Sex Factor
Women have more cellulite than men because they have different fat cell structure. Studies show that women have more connective tissues under skin with irregular pattern than men. That makes cellulite appearing in women worse than in women.
- Eating Pattern
Bad eating pattern as consuming fatty food tends to create more cellulite on the surface of our skin.
- Life Style
Smoking and consuming forbidden medicine may stimulate cellulite.
Genetic factor that creates cellulite is hard to avoid. So, the best thing we can do is how to reduce cellulite, apply good diet, and change life style. It will clean all toxin in our body, repair skin structure, and prevent cellulite.
It is suggested for you to have anti-cellulite diet containing some certain food functioning to reduce cellulite.
- Fruit and Organic Vegetable
Fruit and organic vegetable is good food to clean body from any toxin because both of them contain vitamin, mineral, fiber, and phyto-chemical substance which cleans our body from various pollutant. Besides, organic fruit and vegetable have high anti-oxidant helping to reduce any damage caused by free radical in our body as derived from smoke and alcohol. These are some suggested food containing fruit and vegetable which is used to reduce cellulite.
b. Cherry, broccoli, bean, and papaya contain anti-oxidant that may prevent body tissues damage.
c. Mango and banana may repair blood circulation and reduce liquid accumulation in our body.
d. Orange and grapefruit contain lecithin which is good to strengthen skin.

g. Carrot contains anti-oxidant preventing body tissues
h. Food made of soybean usually contains high lecithin.
i. Watermelon, cucumber, celery, asparagus, may reduce liquid accumulation.

k. Onion and large onion are good to prevent and to reduce cellulite because of liquid accumulation.
- High Fiber and Low Fat Food
Consuming high fiber food and low fat food is important to reduce cellulite because they are important to reduce cellulite. You may have milk product with low fat because the calcium containing may increase body fat which is thrown out in while having diet.
- High Protein Food
Food containing protein as fish, chicken, bean, and nut contain amino acid fighting liquid accumulation in our body. While egg is rich of detoxification substance and high amino acid increasing skin collagen amount.
- Essential Fatty Acid Food
Food containing essential fatty acid helps to repair skin tissues and to control fat metabolism in our body as salmon, walnut, almond, and olive oil.
Forbidden Food
In spite of controlling food you are suggested to have, you also need to avoid food that can stimulate cellulite. These are several food that you may have to reduce cellulite.
- All kind of high fat food as meat, animal fat, and milk product.
- High sugar food because sugar produces more free radical and slow blood circulation. Controlling sugar supply will give positive effect in keeping body weight.
- Food containing more carbon dioxide has high glicemic index as white bread, rice, and grilled potato and may pull insulin amount.
- Coffee and other drink containing caffeine may cause dry skin. More caffeine supply may disturb blood circulation and give negative effect, toxin accumulation in our body. So, control caffeine just for 1 – 2 cups in a day.
- High salt food as fried peanut, chip, instant food, and canned soup.
- Good butter, vegetable oil, and other vegetable oil
- Red meat and porch because it need longer time of assimilation system.
- Instant cheese with high fat because fat may be trapped in skin tissues
- Sweet snack as biscuit, candy, and cake
- Food with additive substance and salty food.
Apply Healthy Life Style
In spite of consuming better food and avoiding bad food may create cellulite, you also need to apply healthy life style.

Stop smoking and avoiding smoke of cigarette may cause accumulation of all kind of toxin.

Reduce medicine consumption as diet pill, sleep pill, and diuretic pill.

Avoid alcohol because alcohol may increase population of free radical and add more fat accumulation. Alcohol is toxin which may increase the amount of fat in blood, slow circulation, and make organ works harder

Avoid graded food including food with additive and sweetening food

Drink much mineral water around 1, 5 – 2 liter in a day to throw waste out of our body and remove all toxin.
You can combine anti-cellulite diet with good exercise to remove more fat fast. You need to do exercise a t least 30 minutes in a day. You can take a walk around your house to stimulate blood circulation and pump blood to whole part of body.
However, there is one thing you may not do, that is just focusing on spot training because it may not reduce cellulite. In other words, if you get overweight, you need to have balance diet of fruit, vegetable, protein without fat, and to do regular exercise.
