Puffed stomach may be uncomfortable for you. In this condition, you can try to consume better food for your stomach. 


Apply Natural Flavoring Spice


          Replace flavoring spice with salt-free spicy made of natural substance. Besides, you also need to avoid salt, salty flavoring spice, and instant food. When you consume salty food in high amount, your body will temporarily press more liquid. This condition may make you lazy, swollen skin, and extra water weight.


Reduce Carbohydrate


          Reducing carbohydrate may also help your stomach condition. You can just consume white bread made of whole grain for sandwich at lunch and other protein as meat and low fat cheese.


          In the afternoon, you may have cake or nut as snack and have brown rice for dinner if you still want to consume carbohydrate. Besides, you need to avoid high carbohydrate food as cake, bagel, cereal, and pretzel. Our muscle save type of carbohydrate called glycogen as secondary energy.


          Each gram of glycogen is saved together with 3 gram water. However actually you do not need to have this secondary energy unless you have hard physical exercise everyday.


Leave Hot Sausage


          Most people like to consume hot food or spicy food. When you are getting stomachache or puffed stomach, you are better to leave setae spicy and garlic to heal it. You can add some natural substance or dry natural spices as dill, mint, tarragon, sage, and rosemary. Besides, you also can use lime extract or lemon for fish and chicken.


          Then, you also have to remember not to consume black pepper, chili powder, garlic, onion, mustard, barbeque sausage, tomato sausage, and coke. Spicy food can stimulate larynx acid releasing causing irritation.


Avoid Fried Food


          There is not other better food to replace French fries and fried large onion. You can try to persuade yourself not to consume this kind of food. Then, you can try to do fast walking for 5 minutes after having complete meal. It is able to release trapped air in assimilation system.


          You have to try as possible as you can not to consume fried food because it is hard to consume, so, you will feel your stomach puffed up.


Drink Mineral Water


          A can or a bottle of carbonate drink may be very interesting when you are thirsty. However, you are better to avoid this kind of drink if you want to reduce your body weight. In order to keep your body hydration, you just need to drink mineral water at least 8 glasses of water every day. You are better to have ginger drink to calm and to cool your assimilation system.


Avoid Vegetable with Gas


          When you want to recover puffed stomach, you need to consume vegetable containing gas as taoge Brussels, cabbage, large onion, paprika, and various oranges. Certain food may create more gas in assimilation system.
