If you have done the wrong movement, you may start to repair, but the most important thing to do first is heal your back pain. When you get serious back pain, it is better to cancel your body language exercise until you feel better.

Actually not serious back pain can be cured by yourself at home, but it needs higher discipline. It is related to the obligation to take your muscle rest for three months. It is better to to do body language exercise during recovery time.
Taking a rest is the only best thing to do because medicine supply will not help much. Medicine just functions to reduce inflammation or reduce the pain. Besides, you need to do some things to support recovery process as relaxation with light massage on back area or ice compress.
When back muscle gets changing position, it must get replacement to get it in previous position. This principle can be applied to heal long back pain because of body language exercise or other exercise.
When you back pain has been healed, you are allowed to do body language exercise again. It is suggested for you to have private body language movement. So, your instructor may monitor you intensively. Body language class usually contains some number of people, so that it is hard for your instructor to monitor every movement one by one.
