If you are going to have ideal body weight and perfect performance, you need to complete your exercise with good food to make your appearance more perfect. These are some best food suggested to have for woman;

Carrot

          Bad taste of carrot sometimes makes most woman try top avoid it, but sometimes you have to try to taste it without considering the taste. Just imagine that you have crunchy candy with thousand of advantage. It contains complex carbohydrate supplying energy for our muscle and potassium which is important to control blood pressure and muscle construction. Do not fear afraid to get fat because of carrot because half cup of carrot just has 35 calorie.

Avocado 

          Avocado is categorized as fruit containing low calorie and cholesterol. On the other hand, it contains non trans fat which is good for our health and keep our stamina. Chocolate Milk

          So far, people just drink milk to get the calcium contained. In fact, there are other advantages of milk you may get. Moreover, some experts state that milk has perfect nutrition amount and supply more energy when you have lower calorie. Besides, you have to realize that egg is the source of good zinc and contains lecithin which is important for brain. In fact, brain power is close related to exercise you do.

 

Berry 

Some researchers in USA put berry as one of 20 high anti-oxidant food because a handful of berry as blueberry, raspberry, black berry, will prevent you from free radical that probably occurs when you are doing exercise. The best berry fruit is the one having black color.
