HOW TO GET IDEAL BODY WEIGHT
Having ideal body weight must be everyone’s dream, so that many people try various ways to get taller and taller. The, the production of hormone reduces as getting older you are.
Although genetic factor is very important, there are other factors that influence body height as physical activity, life style, sufficient nutrition, and others. So, if you have short genetic factor, you do not have to worry because you can still do some other positive activity to get higher body height.
Physical Activity
Daily activity may influence body height. People who like to lift heavy things will have slow body weight.
Enough Nutrients
Make sure that you get sufficient protein, fat, vitamin, especially vitamin A and D, mineral as magnesium, calcium, zinc, and iodine that influence body weight.
