          In this condition, you can take a nap for 10 minutes to return your concentration and your anxiety. Some researchers in Australia find that take a nap for 10 minutes is more effective than sleep for 30 minutes. You do not have to sleep in your bed room, but you can take a rest in your chair or in the car.
