HOW TO PREVENT INSIDE WRINKLE
Wrinkle is part of aging process that every one must have, but it does not mean that we can not prevent it. Protecting your skin from ultraviolet light will be significant strategy7 to prevent wrinkle, flabby skin, and bad skin color. Some people have invasive treatment as peeling, botox, dermal fillers, or plastic operation. That treatment is categorized as outside treatment, but you can complete it with inside treatment with good diet or food consumption.
Some studies show that whatever you eat will affect your skin health as the biggest organ and body protector. In this condition, skin is exposed by some source of stress, including environment factor. However, you have to realize that diet can not remove all wrinkles, but it gives more significant contribution for your skin and health.
Food to Prevent Photo-aging
Some experts assume that vitamin A, C, E, and zinc may help to prevent wrinkle by reducing free radical amount. Fruit and vegetable contains carotene as cantaloupe, apricot, carrot, carrot, sweet potato, and spinach to increase skin health. You can select fruit, green vegetable, yellow, and red.
Simple carbohydrate intake or high glicemix index as flour, instant food, candy, and soft drink usually has low nutrition and high sugar amount. It is better to select complex carbohydrate or low glycemix index as bean, bread, and wheat cereal.
Healthy Food for Skin
1. Vitamin A
It is found in spinach, leaves, lettuce, carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, papaya, mango, and egg.
2. Vitamin C
It can be found in red paprika, broccoli, peach, orange, papaya, and kiwi fruit.
3. Vitamin E
It is contained in nut and seed.
4. Zinc and Selenium
Wheat cereal, egg, and low fat milk can be found.
Get Enough Water
You can imagine a flower that does not get water for long time. It will get dry and wilted. Watering the flower will make it fresh and stay alive, but the leaves will probably break. As our body, water works the same. Drinking water may moisturize skin, keep the elasticity, and reduce weakness, dryness, and damage.
Protect Skin
You may supply nutrition from inside, but do not forget to protect skin from sun light radiation, to clean your skin every day, to moisturize skin, and to wear sunscreen protector as cream or hat.
