Long working in front of computer, long driving, and long watching TV will make most of 70 % Americans get neck pain. Fortunately, some experts found several ways to prevent neck pain because of your daily activity.

 Replace Your Pillow

          Sleeping or lying down your head on too thick pillow or too thin one will make your head position in unnatural position for several hours at night. The Better Sleep Council suggests selecting pillow which is suitable with your sleeping style. If you have side sleeping style, you may wear thick pillow, less thick for you sleeping with laying down position, and very thin pillow for you sleeping with lying flat style.

Straight Body Posture

          Some researchers Harvard Medical School found strong proof about bad body posture will cause neck pain. When you are sitting down in front of computer, you have to make sure that your feet touch the floor with sticking black on your chair and straight neck and head to the torso.

          When you get up, do not bend your body because it will extra burden for your back bone and cause narrow nerve. It is better to push your chest forward or pull your shoulder backward.

Next, pull back part of your head to your hand for 5 seconds and relax. After that, do it for each side of your neck until 5 – 10 times.
