Some researchers state that there are two effective ways to reduce body weight. It is important to know that you are better to try diet than supplement to reduce body weight and to reduce bad effect.
In a study, 146 adult people getting obesity are divided in to two groups with some chronic health problem as high blood pressure and diabetes. The first group conducts low carbohydrate diet, cacogenic diet consisting of less than 20 gram carbohydrate every day. Then, the second group consumes body weight reduction supplement orlistat three times a day and low fat diet concealing for 48 weeks.
The result shows that two groups have the same body reduction. Low carbohydrate group reduces 9,5 % body weight and supplement group reduces 8,5 % body weight. It is not significantly different to repair cholesterol and glucose amount.
In conclusion, some researchers state that body weight that reduces significantly may reduce blood pressure as published in Archives of Internal Medicine.
