Besides, tightening muscle and relax it may stimulate nervous releasing for whole body.
Write The Worse Scenario
Writing the worse possibility that may happen will make you more nervous, but it will make your strong and stay away from scare. Your brain may increase it and effect on actual situation. According to Anna Maravelas in the book How to Reduce Workplace Conflict and Stress, writing bad thing clearly in a paper will make you see worse thing that will happen clearly.
Relax with Tea
Before doing something you worried about, you may drink a cup of green tea. Research shows that L-Theanine kind of amino acid which is naturally containing in green tea may increase the production of trytophan and dopamine of brain which relaxes for 25 % in a half hour.
