REDUCE FACIAL FAT WITHOUT OPERATION
It is not like fat in our stomach and our thigh, facial fat can not be covered with your clothe. When you see in front of mirror, you can directly recognize your facial fat. Basically, facial fat can reduce by itself, but there are some easier and faster ways to reduce facial fat. Before applying facial operation, you can try to do some of the following habit.
Reduce Salt and Alcohol
Salt and alcohol are two kinds of substance making our body keep water. In fact, more water must be released from your body. It is true that face is part of body which tends to get water retention, so that face will look swollen.
In spite of more salt and alcohol tends to make your skin dry because alcohol and salt tend to dehydrate body and to prevent fat burning process.
Drink Much Water
You are better to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to keep skin elasticity. If you get bored to drink mineral water, you can add lemon extract without sugar because it is easy to become fat. Besides, lemon also eliminate toxin from our body. However, do not drink soft drink with fruit taste because it contains high sugar and high calorie.
Reduce Fat
You also need to change fat supply and supply more fiber in your menu. High fiber food will make you stay full longer with more energy.
Do Facial Exercise
Facial exercise can help to reduce facial fat and to train face muscle and smile is the best way to train your facial muscle. You can do this exercise in front of mirror, so that you will be happy when you see your nice smile. It must become strong medicine to heal stress. You can hold your smile for 7 – 8 seconds and repeat it five times. Then, swell your cheek up for 10 seconds in turn for 6 times.
Be Happy
You have to try to be happy every day because happiness can release endorphin hormone which is useful for face. This hormone makes you relax and be happy all time. Some experts state that pleasant life style will make us look several years younger.
Burning fat maximally must identically increase body temperature. In fact, higher temperature does not mean burning fat. It is better for you to recognize what exercise you may have to burn more fat. However, it is suggested that whatever activity you have, you need to balance it with healthy life style.
If you want to burn fat, you must balance it with food which doesn’t contain bad fat for maximum result.
