Tao means walking. This philosophy makes Asian people have more harmonic life with their surrounding, reduce stress, and increase happiness. In fact, this technique gives some advantage as relaxing our mind and making happier. These are several techniques you may try to do based on Tao philosophy.

Taoism teaches us to apply wu wei principle, doing some thing correctly and naturally as stated by professor in Asia Victoria Cass, PhD from University of Colorado in the book untitled “In the Realm of Gods”. When you base your decision on what you have to do, or what other people want you to do, your internal objection will prohibit your success.
