Sometimes, you have tried to reduce your weight, but you still get overweight. It is probably because of your bad habit you do in your daily life. You definitely have to throw your bad habit if you have serious diet to reduce your body weight permanently.  

Changing your eating pattern is not enough, but you have to make a priority and to make fundamental changing on the way you consume your food. Then, you have to replace all of your bad habit with good habit to get the best result. These are some bad habit that is usually conducted that can disturb your diet program.

No Breakfast

          Breakfast is the most important food at the beginning part of your day. When you get up in the morning, your body sometimes does not get meal several ours. In this condition, you will have low glucose amount if you do not have breakfast in the morning. As consequence, you will eat more snacks all day until lunch time comes to increase your glucose amount and your energy. Moreover, you have bigger risk too get to get high calorie food and high fat food as chocolate to repair your glucose condition.

          It is very important not to pass your breakfast time because it has been proved that people having breakfast in the morning have lower calorie supply in  a day and can reduce body weight faster than other people who do not have breakfast. Therefore, you really need to start your day with breakfast.

Bad Eating Time

          Sometimes, you are easy to get tempted for instant and fast food that will make you easy to get fat. However, you have to pay expensive for the bad effect of your health. Basically, you do not have to spend long time to make healthy menu. You just need around 15 minutes to make it.

Eating Continuously

          Some teenager usually likes to eat food repeatedly. Fortunately, teenagers usually have fat growing and high activity which need more calorie intake.  However, when this habit goes until you get adult; it will change your waist circle size and your health.

          Having some nuts and some cookies seems like does not matter for you, but you do not realize that you have supplied hundred more calories. So, you can increase 20 pond body weights in a year.

Eat Unconsciously

          You sometimes do not realize that you have had a bowl of snack, a box of cookies, and a jar of nut while watching TV, reading book, or chatting on phone. And then, you suddenly realize that you have supplied a lot of food. 

          You have to be careful and never think that eating activity is secondary activity, but you have to focus on food you eat. Then, you are better to eat your food on dinner table without other activities. Try to ignore other disturbing activities as television, computer, videogame, or phone. This trick will help you to focus on your meal and eat your food consciously.

Too Fast Eating

          Dr. Johnson which is famous in 18 century states that you need to chew your foot 32 times. However, most of us eat fast. In fact, our stomach needs 20 – 30 minutes to inform your brain that you have been full. When you eat fast, you will past the time your brain indicate that you do not need more food anymore. The best solution you can do is just chew your food slowly and enjoy each of your meal.

          This is the possible factor why Mediterranean people have lower risk to get obesity. They tend to eat slowly and they tend to think that eating time is not only to fight hunger, but also for their family and their friend time. So, you have to enjoy each food you eat and put your spoon and fork down when you have been full.

Less Water

           Water is the most important element in our body in spite of oxygen. More than 70% of our body is water and we have to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. However, many people do not get enough water supple and tend to get dehydration.

          Dehydration will make us fast to get tired and hungry and tempt us to have some which should drink a glass of water because actually we are not hungry, but thirsty. So, you have to make sure that you always bring a bottle of water whenever you go and drink as suggested amount. Getting enough water will help you to control appetite for food and to reduce body weight.

Gift for Exercise

          One myth of reducing body weight is through doing exercise. Actually exercise is good for our further health, but it is not always goof to reduce body weight. You need to walk around 42 mills to reduce 1 pond body weight. Walking around your house and washing your car just burn some amount of calorie. Therefore, when you use exercise to reduce your body weight, you have to remember that cookies as gift will add more calorie that what you use for your activity.

          Exercise basically refresh our body and make us healthier, but do not think that exercise can make you reduce your body weight. Some experts tend to state that reducing body weight is 90 % from diet and 10 % from exercise.

Clean Your Plate

          Most of parent teach their children to clean their plate before leaving dinner table. Actually this matter will not help our diet program much because we tend to eat all food prepared on our plate and also eat the rest our child’s food.

          You have to be used to let your brain decide when you have to stop eating food, not the amount of your food. You are better put the rest of your food in refrigerator than saved it in your stomach or your waist.

Shopping with Empty Stomach

          Sometimes we tend to do something at the wrong time. When you are full, you will not want to buy or to have other food. While when you are hungry, food shopping will be the best thing you have to do. So, you will fill your shopping box with a lot of food. Therefore, you have to be careful not have shopping with empty stomach.

Consume High Sugar and High Fat Food

          It is realized that food is the main part of celebration and holiday as wedding ceremony, valentine day, and so on. Most of food preparing in each occasion are high sugar food, high calorie, and high fat food.

          Food is the main contributor for obesity and other disease related to body weight as diabetes and hearth attack. So, you have to be aware of food as punishment than award.
