Get More Vitamin C
You have to nurse your skin inside and outside. If you have high vitamin C amount as blood antioxidant, skin can increase the amount of collagen production and skin elasticity. You have to make sure that you get 75 mg of vitamin C every day.
Avoid Low Fat Ultra Diet
In order to prevent dry skin, you have to get at least 20 % calorie from fat. Vitamin E found in fat is important for our skin health. The best sources of vitamin E as antioxidant are vegetable oil, wheat germ, flower seed, almond, and hazelnut.
