THE SENSATION OF RED WINE

Wine, especially red wine does not only become the symbol of high class drink, but also has more advantage for beauty treatment. one red wine therapy is called red wine wrap therapy.

As stated by Therapist supervisor Wellness Centre & Spa Tinah Sapaatun, wine is used for beauty treatment because it has good substance for skin. Wine contains polifenol and tannin functioning as anti-oxidant and anti-aging. So, it is very good to increase skin elasticity and to lighten skin.

Wine treatment is also good to refresh body and to repair blood circulation, so that it is very suitable to repair your mood. Basically, this treatment is published in France, but it can warm your body.

Moreover, it is also able to clean your skin, so that it tends to use for beauty treatment. In this treatment, wine used is imported from New Zealand and Australia because it has good qualified red wine. This kind of wine has no sugar, so that it will be comfortable for skin.

In spite of red wine, seaweed is also used in red wine wrap treatment. This combination may relax your muscle, repair blood circulation, and lift numb up. So, your skin may become soft and smooth.

Treatment Process

Red wine wrap treatment needs around two hours with this treatment process.

1. Stretching

Stretching is applied for whole body part to relax body muscle. It will prepare your muscle to have massage in the next treatment process. Stretching treatment is different from stretching in your exercise. You will just get some massage in some certain points without massage oil.

Your shoulder and back will be the first body part got stretching. Then, your neck will get three points stretching. The last is hand and foot.

2.  Massage

Massage is applied with aromatherapy oil, cerenity and spirit. Cerenity is given for people who has insomnia problem to relax and to create sleepy effect. Then, spirit is intended to refresh body and mind. In this step, your body will get signature massage for 60 minutes. This massage is combination of traditional massage, Sweden, hawainese, and Thai massage.

Massage will start from your back, foot, and hand. This massage must continue each other. So, you will get optimum result.  

3.  Scrubbing

Your body will be scrubbed with lavender rose scrub containing oatmeal, salt, ,milk powder, ground rose, whole lavender, white French clay, and essential oil. It is intended to lift numb up and to clean sebum. So, your skin pore will open and ready to get the next treatment. Besides, it is also able to clean toxin and waste because of pollution and to prevent photo aging.

4. Red Wine Wrap

In this step, red wine powder contains organic red clay, kaolin, rose, hibiscus, and essential oil with a glass of red wine. Red wine used is not hard red wine and applied with special brush.

Your body will get warm and the ingredient will be absorbed well in your pore. After applying red wine mask, your body will be wrapped with transparent and heating blanket connected to heat machine. The temperature used is 36-40 Celsius degree. Then, let it for 20 minutes, so that it is easy to absorb in your skin pore.

5. Take a Bath

After having red wine wrap for 20 minutes, the last step is taking a shower to clean the rest of red wine mask. After that, lotion will be applied to moisturize skin.
